Step 1: Receiving Your Autodesk Product

Once you place an order, our team will add the product to the email address used at checkout. Shortly after, you will receive an email from Autodesk confirming that the product has been added and is ready for activation. The content of this email may vary depending on whether you already have an Autodesk account associated with that email address.

It is essential that you use the same email address for your purchase and your Autodesk account. The software license is directly linked to the email address you entered at checkout, and Autodesk assigns the product to that exact email. If you use a different email address, the product will not appear in your Autodesk account and activation will not be possible.

Case 1: Your email address is not linked to an Autodesk account

If you do not yet have an Autodesk account:

You will receive an email from Autodesk inviting you to create an account.
Open the email and click the activation button/link.

The purchased product should automatically be available in your account.
Download and install the software.

If the newly assigned product does not appear immediately, please sign out of your Autodesk account, clear your browser cache, or try accessing your account using a different browser. This will refresh your session and ensure that the new product becomes visible in your Autodesk account.

Step 2: Downloading and Installing Your Autodesk Product

Once your Autodesk account is active:

Go to https://manage.autodesk.com/products/all
Locate your purchased Autodesk product in the list.
Click Download, select the correct version for your system and preferred language, then proceed with the installation.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 3: Activating Your Autodesk Product

After installation, activation is quick and simple:

Open the installed Autodesk software.
When prompted, click Sign in with your Autodesk ID.
Enter the Autodesk account credentials linked to the email address you used at checkout.
